Adults & Children 12 years and over:
Constipation: 1 sachet daily, increasing to 2 or 3 sachets daily if necessary.

Faecal impaction as diagnosed by your doctor:
8 sachets per day, taken within 6 hours.

Directions:
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 125mL (about ½ cup) of water, stir well, then drink.

STORE BELOW 25ºC.
DO NOT USE IF SACHET IS TORN.
